Seeking a senior Business Process Analyst (functional/data profile) to support sales compensation applications during a migration to SAP TCI. The role involves gathering business requirements, collaborating with developers, analyzing tickets, and understanding data models.

Context
We are looking for a senior Business Process Analyst (mixed functional/data profile) to strengthen the real-time sales bonus calculation application run for a major player in the software sector, while the team migrates to SAP TCI (Territory, Quota & Incentive Management).

Working Conditions
- Gather, challenge, and negotiate business needs (deadlines, feasibility), then write specifications
- Work with developers (France + India): data model drafts, review of proposed solutions (robustness, generality, scalability)
- Monitor implementation and adherence to milestones (specs, dev, QA)
- First level analysis of business tickets: check database data (SQL) to validate or reject the ticket
- Lead meetings and make decisions when necessary (leader profile, autonomous)
- Application: JavaScript front-end, Java back-end + Enovia (Oracle overlay, company-specific)
- Compensation engine: SAP BODS / ETL + Oracle
- New Data Lake stack: Spark + Iceberg
- Most important: understand a data model (tables, relationships, impacts) and have an architect's mindset, more than SQL syntax or code knowledge
- Minimum one-year mission, likely 18 to 24 months
- Start end of November/beginning of December
- 3 days on-site / 2 days remote work
- Fluent English mandatory
- Autonomous within 1 month, therefore experienced profile
