Coordinate the daily activities within a team of approximately 13 FTE in the area of functional administration.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Maintain an overview of the work backlog and determine priorities
- Guide and coach subteams such as Uforce and Portaal
- Maintain regular contact with the Product Owner
- Perform incidental tasks in the area of functional administration
- Support teams during the transition from Uforce to SAP
- Monitor daily basic processes within deadlines
- HBO work and thinking level
- Experience with Personnel and Salary Processes and systems such as Youforce and Baufort
- Demonstrable work experience as a Functional Administrator, preferably with knowledge of Youforce
