Functional Consultant MOA - Supplementary Pension

Project overview

Our client, a player in the social protection sector, is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant MOA - Supplementary Pension / Beneficiaries (M/F) as part of a freelance or payroll management mission.

The mission is part of the stabilization of management tools for supplementary pensions. The consultant will work on the Retirees scope to ensure functional support, production monitoring, incident resolution, and the reliability of management processes.

Responsibilities

Deliverables

• Analyze, monitor, and contribute to the resolution of functional incidents related to beneficiary management.
• Provide functional support and assistance to operational teams.
• Identify and monitor developments, application corrections, and data rehabilitations.
• Carry out production monitoring and functional acceptance testing.
• Build and provide operating procedures for management teams.
• Prepare and provide files necessary for case processing.
• Ensure interface with the parent company on functional and operational topics.
• Participate in weekly operational meetings and action tracking.
• Incidents processed within the deadlines, with tracking in the tool
• Management requests processed within the deadlines.
• Operating procedures and files necessary for case processing.
