Context:

As part of stabilizing a beneficiary management system, a major social protection player is seeking a Senior Functional MOA Consultant specialized in supplementary pensions, with significant experience in the retiree domain.

You will be involved within a business department responsible for supporting management centers, providing project owner assistance, and optimizing processes related to beneficiaries and pension liquidation.

The mission's objective is to ensure the reliability of processing, monitor and resolve functional incidents, and support the evolution of management tools, in interaction with business teams and supplementary pension bodies.

Main Missions:

Technical Environment:

• Analyze, monitor, and resolve functional incidents, ensure production monitoring, and meet processing deadlines.
• Support management centers in processing requests, provide functional support, and develop operating procedures.
• Identify and track necessary evolutions, corrections, and data rehabilitations for application stabilization.
• Prepare and provide management files to facilitate the processing of beneficiary cases.
• Participate in functional testing and acceptance, ensure communication with supplementary pension bodies, and contribute to operational monitoring meetings.
• Supplementary pension: beneficiary management, retiree domain, liquidation, management processes.
• Business tools: CELIA, RNI, SCL, PBI, EDC-GCD, C@SSIUS, BRC.
• Office & automation: Advanced Excel, macros, Microsoft Office 365.
• MOA & functional quality: incident analysis, functional support, testing, acceptance, production monitoring.
• Data & AI: management data processing, data rehabilitation, AI proficiency.
• Business coordination: management centers, operating procedures, request tracking, communication with supplementary pension bodies.
