Generative AI / LLM Expert – Industrialization & DevSecOps

Project overview

Calytis is looking for a Generative AI / LLM Expert to support one of its major clients in the social protection sector on a strategic project to industrialize artificial intelligence within its IT department.

Your mission

You will be involved in an ambitious project aiming to durably integrate artificial intelligence into the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) to improve team productivity, code quality, and process automation.

• Design and industrialize generative AI solutions integrated into software development processes.
• Develop and deploy AI agents, intelligent workflows, and solutions based on LLMs and RAG.
• Automate the generation of specifications, technical documentation, code reviews, and tests.
• Integrate AI solutions into CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps environments.
• Define quality, security, and governance standards for AI solutions.
• Implement indicators to measure productivity gains, quality, and tool adoption.
• Support technical teams in adopting and industrializing these new practices.
