Project overview

Our Biotech client is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to provide ongoing, project-based creative support for their Corporate Affairs and Communications team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a designer who can balance quick-turn production work with polished creative projects across digital, print, presentation, and event materials. This is a part-time role with a shifting workload, approximately 5-10 hours/week (some lighter weeks, some heavier weeks). Must be available to collaborate on PST hours as needed. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentations, digital design, print collateral, and branded communications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
• Advanced PowerPoint design skills
• Experience working in corporate, agency, or communications-focused environments
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Responsibilities
• Design executive presentations, event collateral, digital campaigns, social graphics, infographics, signage, and print materials
• Create internal communications assets including newsletters, email graphics, and intranet content
• Develop branded templates and maintain visual consistency across projects
• Partner with communications and marketing stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling visual solutions
• Prepare files for both digital and print production while ensuring brand compliance Engagement Details:

• Must provide own laptop, software licenses, and design programs
