Project overview

Graphic Designer Position Overview Our client is looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to provide ongoing, part-time support to their marketing team. This is a remote opportunity with flexible, project-based hours. The Graphic Designer will help manage day-to-day design needs and take production work off the internal creative teams plate. Projects will include presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, and updating or recreating existing brand assets. This is a fully remote freelance role that will be on an as needed project basis.

Some weeks could be up to 10 hours a week but others they might not have any work. Key Responsibilities

• Design and update PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral
• Execute production-focused design projects using established brand guidelines
• Update, resize, and recreate existing creative assets as needed
• Help prepare and organize creative assets as the team transitions to a digital asset management platform
• Partner with the internal marketing and design team to prioritize projects and deadlines
• Provide estimated hours for assigned projects and communicate proactively around workload
• Participate in regular check-ins to review upcoming projects and priorities Qualifications
• Professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of production-focused work
• Experience designing presentations and print collateral
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established brand standards
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
• Able to take direction and turn around straightforward design requests efficiently
• Strong communication and time-management skills
