As Group Copy Supervisor, you will help shape impactful communications for a growing medical device company while leading a talented team of writers. This role will be 6+ months to fte, 40 hours per week and remote. Responsibilities " Lead development of messaging across multiple brands, campaigns, and channels. " Supervise and mentor copywriters while providing constructive feedback and guidance. " Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across all deliverables. " Partner with creative, strategy, and medical teams to develop effective communications.
" Review content for accuracy, compliance, and quality before client delivery. Requirements & Qualifications " 7+ years of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device copywriting experience. " Previous leadership experience managing writers or creative teams. " Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and content development. " Experience supporting MLR review and regulatory-compliant communications. " Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and client-facing skills. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
