Head of Functional Management

Project overview

As head of the department, you will lead the Functional Management team and ensure information provision within the physical domain.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing a team of approximately 15 specialized and self-reliant professionals within the Functional Management department
• Promoting a safe working environment and focusing on results for end-users
• Positioning yourself and the functional administrators as business partners towards the departments in the physical domain
• Supporting the contract manager by monitoring and adjusting contract agreements with suppliers and users
• Maintaining the balance between innovation, reliability, and continuity through forward-looking leadership
• Stimulating internal and external collaboration and investing in the network of relationships
• Acting as a point of contact for suppliers of information and applications
• Managing applications and information and ensuring timely and reliable information delivery to the departments
• Bachelor+ work and thinking level
• Minimum of five years of experience as an (interim) manager
• Experience in leading functional administrators, trainees, and interns
• Focus on job satisfaction and development of self-reliant professionals within the team
