Project overview

Context

The client is migrating its internal payment brick (interface between the e-commerce front-end and its payment provider) to the new applications of this provider, which is ending its historical solutions: the deadline is therefore constrained.

A first entity of the group has already been migrated for over a year, the second remains to be done.

Prioritization of payment methods by revenue (visible ROI).

Missions

Working Conditions

• Lead the product roadmap for the migration: arbitrate, prioritize payment methods, and align business, tech, and vendor teams until the complete switch.
• Define and maintain the migration roadmap, prioritized by revenue and risk.
• Define the scope and acceptance criteria for each payment method.
• Lead the PO and product usage; coach the team on product practices.
• Lead the product relationship with the payment provider (specs, evolutions, planning).
• Monitor KPIs: authorization rate, conversion, failure rate, migrated volume.
• Manage stakeholders (business, finance, fraud, legal) and report to the CTO / digital management.
• Anticipate and resolve blockers (access, dependencies, arbitration).
• Format: support mission (freelance or consultant), ASAP start.
• Duration: 8 months, renewable.
• Location: Île-de-France (Paris southeast, accessible by metro line 14).
• Reporting: CTO web (senior profile) / digital and IT management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of major European PSPs and regulations (DSP2, PCI-DSS).
• Ability to technically challenge without coding.
