Seeking a Help Desk Technician for a temporary role in Toulon, France, to handle incident resolution, user support, and IT equipment deployment.

Job description
For this position, your responsibilities include: Taking charge until resolution level, recording requests and incidents reported by phone or email in the incident management tool, analyzing, qualifying, and diagnosing reported incidents, resolving incidents (in person or via remote assistance) or escalating to higher-level expertise, monitoring incident processing until closure and informing users, recording incident reports, and also deploying IT equipment.
Candidate profile
With a Bac+2 education, you have a minimum of 1 year of experience.
