Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising and supporting department heads and team leaders on complex personnel and HR issues
- Translating organizational policy into concrete action plans, instruments, and systems
- Contributing to the preparation of a more extensive ERP system from the perspective of organizational structure and culture
- Conducting a baseline measurement and preparing a final report with advice
- Contributing to the further development of the HR business partner role within the organization
- Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
- At least 5 years of work experience as an HR advisor within the last 10 years
- Minimum 1 year of work experience within HR at a government organization
- Experience with advising on more complex organizational issues
- Experience with developing and applying HR policy
- Availability for an interview on November 11, 2026
