As an interim HR Manager, you will manage HR processes for 200 employees, reporting to the HR Director France. You will handle salary reviews, training needs, annual appraisals, organizational analysis, and support managers on HR matters.

As an interim HR Manager, you will manage HR processes for a scope of 200 employees, reporting to the HR Director France.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Manage the salary increase campaign
- Collect training needs from teams
- Supervise the annual appraisal campaign
- Analyze and review internal organizations
- Participate in cross-functional group projects
- Support managers on HR topics related to their teams
- Ensure interface with ADP and Payroll teams
- Follow disciplinary cases
- Support the HRD on social relations issues
- Prepare CSE meetings
- Intervene occasionally on negotiations and the implementation of agreements
- Support the organization of professional elections
- Master II degree in Human Resources
- Professional experience of at least 6 years, preferably acquired within an international group and/or in the retail sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills
- Pragmatic approach and operational results orientation
- Fluent professional English
