Job description

Reporting to the Site HR Manager within a team of 2 HRBPs, you will support operational managers and deploy the group's HR policy:

Workforce & Skills: Define needs, manage workforce planning (GEPP), and monitor headcount.

Recruitment & Integration: Manage talent acquisition and onboarding.

Career Management: Drive skills development and mobility.

Local Social Relations: Ensure a positive social climate and handle individual/collective issues.

Managerial Advice: Support managers in work organization and change management.

Contractual Monitoring: Ensure compliance with labor law and procedures.

Steering: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide HR reporting.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to Ethics & Compliance.

This 6-month mission is based in ST NAZAIRE.

Candidate profile

Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) specializing in Human Resources or Labor Law.

Experience: Successful previous experience as an HRBP/HR Manager in an industrial environment (aerospace appreciated).

Skills: Labor law, operational HR management, proficiency in HRIS tools.

Qualities: Interpersonal skills, strong communication skills with employees, organization, proactivity, and autonomy.

About our client

An aeronautics leader, the Airbus Atlantic site in Saint-Nazaire (44) is responsible for the assembly and equipment of major sub-assemblies. We are recruiting an HRBP for this site.
