Project overview
Transitional management mission to ensure HR continuity for an industrial site undergoing transformation.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Supervise social relations: CSE animation, social dialogue and collective negotiations
- Ensure payroll compliance and personnel administration monitoring
- Support managers on HR, individual, disciplinary and litigation issues
- Implement HR development policies: recruitment, onboarding, training and talent management
- Participate in the Management Committee and contribute to strategic decisions related to teams
- Master II degree in Human Resources
- At least 8 years of HR experience
- Mastery of social relations, payroll and manager support in an industrial and international environment
- Professional English level
