- Manage employee administration from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documents
- Ensure data updates in the HRIS (Workday)
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR procedures and policies
- Support HR Business Partners in their daily activities
- Participate in monitoring absences, leave, and other administrative data
- Contribute to various HR projects
- Previous experience as an HR Specialist
- Strong command of personnel administration and HR processes
- Experience in an international environment, an asset
- Excellent organization, rigor, and service orientation
- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment
- Proficiency in French and English
- Available immediately for a temporary assignment
- A 3-month temporary contract
