A B2B software for large companies. On the HR side: mainly executive employees, variable compensation, international profiles, and a lot of movement.

Practical information
- Manage the employee lifecycle: arrivals, transfers, departures.
- Draft contracts, amendments, and certificates.
- Ensure the reliability of payroll variables and contribute to the monthly closing with Finance and the service provider.
- Track absences and leaves, manage social benefits.
- Respond to managers and employees, quickly and effectively.
- Minimum 5 years in French payroll and HR administration.
- Solid knowledge of labor law.
- Outsourced or in-house payroll managed end-to-end.
- English C1.
- A plus: Silae or an HRIS from the market.
- Daily rate: To be specified
- Duration: 12 months
- Start date: To be specified
- Location: Paris, mostly on-site
- Schedule: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote work.
