HRIS Data Integration & Interfaces Consultant

Project overview

As part of HRIS evolution and harmonization projects, our client is looking for a Consultant specialized in interfaces and data integration.

You will work on data exchange issues between several business applications, with a cross-functional role at the intersection of functional and technical teams.

Your objective will be to contribute to the design, reliability, and monitoring of interfaces, while ensuring their quality and proper operation.

Design and specification

Gather and analyze business team needs

Participate in the definition and design of interfaces between applications

Define and validate data mapping and transformation rules

Participate in writing functional and technical specifications

Oversee developments carried out by technical teams

Integration and testing

Monitor the implementation of interfaces and data flows

Perform integration tests

Support business teams during acceptance testing phases

Verify the consistency and quality of exchanged data

Check error handling, alerting, and recovery mechanisms

Documentation and operation

Participate in interface mapping and documentation

Write operating and support procedures

Formalize flow monitoring and control mechanisms

Contribute to the preparation and validation of production deployments

Support and continuous improvement

Participate in incident and evolution management

Collaborate with functional, technical teams, and external partners

Identify areas for improvement in integration processes and systems

Profile sought

With higher education in IT, information systems, or equivalent, you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS integration projects.

You have ideally worked in environments involving data exchange between HR and Payroll solutions.

You have good knowledge of the following environments:

HRIS and Payroll

Workday (Human Resources Management)

ASP (Payroll Management)

Understanding of HR and Payroll processes

We are looking for a hybrid profile combining functional analysis and technical expertise in HRIS integration: HRIS Integration Consultant, HRIS Technical Business Analyst, or Technical AMOA specialized in interfaces.

You enjoy working at the intersection of HR/Payroll business challenges and technical data integration issues. You wish to contribute to a structuring transformation project and work on subjects with a strong technical dimension.
