Project overview
Within a Tech Data and Digital team, you will be responsible for the administration of CRM applications, notably HubSpot, and user support. Your missions will include managing accounts, access rights, and configurations, as well as processing requests and incidents. You will train users, write procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience. The position is based in Lyon with an on-site presence of 2 days per week. The estimated duration of this mission is 6 months renewable, with an expected start as soon as possible.
