IAM / Access Support Analyst (Level 1 and 2 - Excel & ServiceNow)

Project overview

We are looking for a Support Analyst (Levels 1 and 2) specializing in Identity and Access Governance (IAM) for a mission within a major player in the insurance sector.

You will join a team dedicated to support, processing access rights, and maintaining the compliance of information system access.

Responsibilities

Profile sought

• Performing Level 1 (monthly) and Level 2 (quarterly) access control reviews to ensure consistency between HR, user, and application repositories (AD, RACF).
• Processing requests for changes to business profiles and access rights (creations, deletions, evolutions of rights).
• Managing specific rights: managing temporary access (mobility, agency transfers via MainFrame) and specific requests (Fidélia coding).
• Handling and processing incident tickets and requests (Levels 1 and 2) via the ServiceNow tool.
• Global monitoring of requests from the access rights portal.
• Key technical skills:
• Proven experience in IT/operational support (Levels 1 and 2).
• Excellent command of Excel (analysis, tracking tables, data manipulation).
• Proficiency in a ticket management tool (ideally ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of identity and access management environments (AD, RACF, MainFrame or equivalents).
• Aptitude for using generative artificial intelligence tools (Copilot).
• Functional and interpersonal skills:
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, synthesize, and structure complex information.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills for communicating with various stakeholders (operational, technical, managerial).
• Rigor, sense of confidentiality, and strong interest in cybersecurity and IAM topics.
