We are looking for a Proxy Product Owner Microsoft 365 (M365) – Programme Bleu to support one of our clients based in Paris.

Mission Description

As part of the Microsoft 365 deployment, we are looking for a Proxy Product Owner to support the implementation of new collaborative tools and help users adopt them.

You will be involved in various topics, from change management to document governance, including the evolution of the existing application ecosystem.

Your Missions

Profile

You have a good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaborative environments. You have previously supported users in a digital transformation project and are comfortable with document management topics.

Your ability to communicate, structure topics, and work with various stakeholders will be essential for the success of this mission.

Environment: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Copilot.

Work Environment

Digital Workplace Transformation Program, Microsoft 365 Deployment, Collaborative Tools Adoption, Document Governance, Change Management, Application Migration, Business and IT Coordination, Ambassador Community Facilitation, Monitoring and Reporting.

• Support users in mastering new Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive…).
• Participate in change management and facilitate the community of ambassadors.
• Analyze the impacts of the M365 deployment on existing applications.
• Contribute to defining document governance rules.
• Support migration and decommissioning projects for existing tools.
• Act as a liaison between business, IT, architecture, and Run teams.
• Participate in steering committees and ensure activity reporting.
• Good command of Microsoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Experience in M365 deployment and migration.
• Skills in change management and user support.
• Knowledge of document governance.
• Ability to coordinate business, IT, architecture, and Run teams.
• Good communication, workshop facilitation, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Copilot appreciated.
