• You work extremely precisely and understand the importance of correct administration;
• You remain focused, even when a large stack of hardware awaits you;
• You carefully follow work instructions and raise concerns if something is not right in the process;
• Experience in an IT, logistics, or administrative role (such as asset management or device rollout) is a big plus!

Responsibilities

As an IT Warehouse Support Employee, you are the indispensable linchpin in the warehouse. You process large quantities of hardware and ensure that every laptop or phone goes out the door perfectly configured.

• Preparing, configuring, and registering hardware for issuance to users.
• Processing large quantities of laptops and phones within project-based work.
• Checking hardware for accuracy, completeness, and quality before it is issued or shipped.
• Ensuring correct administrative processing in the asset management systems.
• Identifying and correcting deviations in processes, registrations, and inventories.
• Supporting hardware-related incidents and requests.
• Contributing to a neat, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
