Seeking an Information Specialist (junior or medior) to contribute to the functional implementation of the Central Archive and Legacy System (CALS).
Project overview
As an information specialist, you will contribute to the functional implementation of the Central Archive and Legacy System (CALS), at a junior or medior level.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Recording process descriptions, functional requirements, and process agreements
- Developing and checking metadata, classifications, document types, and dossier structures
- Documenting lifecycle processes, retention periods, and user scenarios
- Drafting functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Executing and assessing tests and recording findings
- Checking metadata mappings and performing quality controls
- Analyzing information management processes and advising on setup and solutions (medior)
- Developing functional rules for archiving, storage, selection, and destruction
- Drafting functional migration requirements and assessing migration results
- Maintaining functional documentation and supporting the transfer to functional management
- Collaborating with information management, functional management, and architecture
- Completed HBO education
- For junior: minimum 1 year of experience with information management, document management, records management, and data-driven work
- For junior: minimum 1 year of experience with functional setup and implementation of information systems
- For junior: minimum 1 year of experience with information migration, metadata, classification, and quality control
- For medior: minimum 5 years of experience as an information specialist, information management consultant, or similar role within a government organization
- For medior: minimum 5 years of experience with implementation or further development projects of a DMS/RMA or similar facility
- For medior: minimum 5 years of experience within a migration project in the field of metadata mapping, data quality, and classification
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
