Project overview
Context
AEP is a brand of a large banking and insurance group that addresses the scope of asset management insurance in a B2B model. Business processes are computerized in AEP's information system, which consists of packaged solutions, in-house tools, and innovative tools. Attached to the DSI France, AEP's DSI represents about fifty employees.
Within this department, the Transverse and Asset Management division supports the computerized processes for the financial middle office (MOF).
Missions
The mission consists of taking charge of the following activities:

Collaboration
Mission in close collaboration with:
- Taking charge of daily flow monitoring and their proper integration into information systems (file sending and receiving) with our distributor and banking partners.
- Publishing (automating) a synthetic daily weather report by 8:30 AM to provide an overview (with the aim of initiating any necessary recovery actions as early as possible).
- Declaring incidents and feeding them if they are not already automatically populated: being proactive in continuously improving this incident detection and management with instructions for automatic processing.
- Managing recovery and necessary escalations/mobilizations for missing/failed flows: managing this recovery means being actively involved in the resolution (restarting necessary IT chains and monitoring until proper integration into the information system so that business processes can resume as quickly as possible: context of order processing: highly sensitive purchase/sale transactions).
- Contributing during the implementation of new flows and/or technical migration (IT service providers/partners).
- Managing authorizations on a small scale (support for users during the account creation process if difficulties are encountered).
- Network knowledge expected.
- Scripting languages: Powershell, Shell, .Bat, etc.
- Scheduling principles and language (ideally Control-M; AutoSys (JIL), etc.).
- Informatica and Tibco.
- Production teams.
- Transverse teams from different application divisions within the group.
- Solution users.
- Development teams for these solutions, publishers, or even IT service providers (for SaaS solutions).
