As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process for head office roles.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for hiring managers
- Conduct intake interviews and translate recruitment needs into a strategy
- Draft and improve job descriptions
- Actively approach, source, and search for candidates
- Conduct selection interviews and guide candidates through the process
- Advise on labor market developments and the building of talent pipelines
- Direct the recruitment process and manage stakeholders
- Completed higher professional education (hbo)
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience with recruitment in a complex corporate environment
- Strong skills in sourcing and headhunting
- Knowledge of current recruitment systems and digital recruitment channels
- Excellent communication skills and strong in stakeholder management
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented work style
