• Monitoring and further improving the planning and control cycle, such as budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Analyzing financial results, liquidity, solvency, and cash flows
• Identifying financial and operational risks and improving internal controls
• Monitoring financing flows and translating funding developments into financial consequences
• Setting up reliable management information and control instruments
• Leading and coaching employees within Planning & Control
• Implementing improvements in financial processes and systems
• Completed higher professional education (hbo) or university (wo) degree in finance or business economics
• Extensive experience as a financial manager, Planning & Control manager, or in a similar role
• Experience in financial management, risk management, and strategic advice
• Insight into issues related to financing and funding within the healthcare sector
• Experience in leading and developing financial professionals
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• Available for an interim assignment on location in the short term
