We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Manager to support a busy multi-site operation, providing hands-on HR support across employee relations, organisational change, payroll coordination and HR administration.

• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability.
• Support organisational change projects and employee consultation activity.
• Coordinate employee life cycle processes, including starters, leavers and contractual changes.
• Support payroll processes and ensure accurate employee data.
• Advise and coach managers on people matters and employment legislation.
• Build strong relationships across multiple operational sites.
• Experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor with strong generalist HR knowledge.
• Confident managing complex employee relations cases independently.
• Experienced in organisational change and consultation processes.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
• Multi-site HR experience.
