HR Manager (Interim)
Site based in Hucknall - 4 days per week, 1 day from home
Immediate Start
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Manager to support a busy multi-site operation, providing hands-on HR support across employee relations, organisational change, payroll coordination and HR administration.

- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability.
- Support organisational change projects and employee consultation activity.
- Coordinate employee life cycle processes, including starters, leavers and contractual changes.
- Support payroll processes and ensure accurate employee data.
- Advise and coach managers on people matters and employment legislation.
- Build strong relationships across multiple operational sites.
- Experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor with strong generalist HR knowledge.
- Confident managing complex employee relations cases independently.
- Experienced in organisational change and consultation processes.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
- Multi-site HR experience.
