You ensure that personnel administration runs smoothly during an HR transition.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Processing and checking personnel changes
- Monitoring the accuracy and completeness of personnel administration
- Identifying and resolving error messages and differences between systems
- Answering questions from employees and managers about administration and HR processes
- Supporting communication regarding process changes
- Identifying bottlenecks in administration and advising on possible improvements
- Three years or more of relevant work experience in HR administration or HR Operations
- Demonstrable experience with Youserve as a hard requirement
- Extensive experience in maintaining and checking personnel data
- Experience with HR transitions, system implementations, or data conversions as a plus
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Pragmatic, proactive, and independent attitude at work
