For an IT service provider in Utrecht, we are looking for temporary support for the recruitment team in the form of an experienced Data & Databricks Recruiter.

We are looking for a recruitment professional who is comfortable within the Dutch data market and has a strong network of data specialists. You understand the developments within the data domain, know where the talent is located, and are able to enthuse scarce professionals for new challenges.

The focus is on recruiting profiles such as:

You have experience recruiting within modern data environments and are familiar with technologies and platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Spark, and other cloud-based data solutions.

We are looking for a recruiter who can operate independently quickly, understands the market, and can make an immediate impact. Thanks to your network, market knowledge, and persuasive skills, you can reach the right candidates and build lasting relationships.

This is explicitly not a generic IT recruitment role. We are looking for a recruiter who knows the Data market thoroughly, is demonstrably successful within this niche, and possesses the network and market knowledge from day one to reach and interest scarce Data professionals.

Ideal for a recruiter who enjoys operating within a specialized data niche and gets energy from finding scarce talent in a competitive market.
