You advise and guide permit applications within environmental law for a municipality in North Holland.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising on applications to deviate from the environmental plan (BOPA's)
- Assessing GoFlo's (justification ETFAL) and participation documents
- Acting as a point of contact for plan testers and other professional groups
- Checking and sometimes drafting decisions
- Managing (multiple) applications for an environmental permit, including consultation with the portfolio holder and drafting college and council proposals
- Occasionally advising on objections and representing the college of mayor and aldermen in objections and before the administrative court
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
