As a team leader, you will manage the facility teams within a healthcare organization.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Managing and coaching approximately 20 employees in housekeeping, restaurant, and kitchen
- Strengthening collaboration between the facility and care teams
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in work processes and implementing them
- Monitoring quality, costs, and objectives
- Managing the BHV (Emergency Response) process at the location
- Replacing the Care Team Leader in their absence
- Supporting the location manager in achieving organizational goals
- Relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in hospitality, the facility sector, or healthcare
- Affinity with healthcare as a strong plus
- Skilled in connecting different disciplines
- Decisive, proactive, and strong communicator
- Experience in guiding teams and change processes
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week
