CDI (42-50K€) / Consulting / Freelance - 3 days remote per week - Niort - Minimum 6 years of experience

We are continuing our development and are currently looking for a Project Manager to work on a project for one of our clients in the banking and insurance sector.

Context: You will join the IT department of a large group in the insurance sector. You will gradually take charge of a project portfolio for several Back-Office applications.

Responsibilities

You will work on systems related to the management of collective offers, as well as on an intermediation component enabling exchanges between different information systems.

The scope is varied: some projects are close to going live, while others involve launching new developments for existing applications.

Specifically, your day-to-day will look like this:

• Manage several IT projects in parallel, from scoping to deployment
• Define and monitor roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and deadlines
• Coordinate development teams (MOE) and business stakeholders (MOA)
• Lead steering committees and project committees
• Monitor actions, dependencies, and any blocking points
• Anticipate risks, identify alerts, and communicate transparently on progress
• Support teams in deployment and change management phases
• Organize the handover of the scope and ensure a gradual transition with the outgoing project manager
