Opportunity Overview

As a Data Engineer, you will build and maintain enterprise-level data pipelines on Azure and Databricks for global clients. You’ll work with large-scale datasets and modern data architectures, growing your skills alongside experienced engineers.

We’re open to both mid-level engineers and promising Junior+ candidates who are ready to take the next step. You’ll join a team of passionate engineers who value technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Your Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-level data pipelines on Azure and Databricks.
• Developing data processing logic in Python (including PySpark).
• Ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance of data workflows.
• Optimizing pipelines for performance and cost efficiency.
• Translating business requirements into well-structured technical tasks and delivering them end-to-end.
• Writing clean, tested, and well-documented code and participating in code reviews.
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to solve data challenges.
• At least 1.5 years of commercial experience in data engineering.
• Strong Python skills for data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Experience working with Azure.
• Experience building enterprise-level data pipelines.
• Good SQL skills.
• Drive and a proactive approach: you take initiative and push things forward.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication, able to collaborate effectively across international teams.

• Experience with agentic AI, AI agents, or LLM-based solutions.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark / PySpark optimization.
• Familiarity with Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, or Unity Catalog.
• Experience with orchestration tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Databricks Workflows, Apache Airflow).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
