- Advising and guiding companies and private clients on various tax issues
- Supporting tax procedures, disputes, and contacts with the tax authorities
- Participating in restructurings, estate planning, and the tax aspects of M&A transactions
- Analyzing complex tax issues and developing legally substantiated solutions
- Collaborating with specialists from related legal fields, depending on the practice
- You hold a Master of Laws degree, preferably with a specialization in tax law
- You have initial relevant experience in tax law or are ready to specialize further in this direction
- An additional degree in tax law or corporate law is a plus
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
- You work analytically, accurately, and solution-oriented, with attention to the commercial context of your clients
- An independent collaboration within tax law
- A professional and multidisciplinary work environment in the Antwerp region
- A diverse practice with cases in tax advisory, procedures, estate planning, and restructurings
