• Rate: £350 per day
• Status: Outside IR35
• Location: Remote with hybrid options available
• Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
• Certification: Pega Certification required
• Lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define processes and identify improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with technical and non-technical teams.
• Support the design and delivery of Pega-based solutions.
• Produce high-quality documentation including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
• Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Pega platforms and delivery methodologies.
• Relevant Pega Certification.
• Experience working within secure or government environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and manage competing priorities.
• Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
• Public sector or government project experience.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams in complex environments.
