We're looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst (Pega) to join a high-profile programme delivering digital transformation within a secure government environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior BA with strong Pega expertise, who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams while driving requirements, process improvements, and successful outcomes across complex projects.

- Position: Lead Business Analyst (Pega)
- Contract Length: 6 Months
- Rate: £350 per day
- Status: Outside IR35
- Location: Remote with hybrid options available
- Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
- Certification: Pega Certification required
- Lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define processes and identify improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with technical and non-technical teams.
- Support the design and delivery of Pega-based solutions.
- Produce high-quality documentation including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Pega platforms and delivery methodologies.
- Relevant Pega Certification.
- Experience working within secure or government environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and manage competing priorities.
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
- Public sector or government project experience.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams in complex environments.
