Lead Tech

Project overview

As a Lead Tech, you ensure the consistency of technological choices and the quality of development for several internal products used by project teams and for production monitoring. You will support a team in reconstruction, composed of junior and experienced profiles, by fostering knowledge sharing and constructive collaboration.

You will define technical solutions, contribute to the writing, estimation, and prioritization of the backlog, then participate in the continuous improvement of products. You will perform code reviews and monitor code quality, particularly unit test coverage and security. Within an agile framework, you will contribute to development, testing, and adherence to version acceptance criteria, and participate in team ceremonies. You will also ensure the compliance of deliverables with current practices, particularly regarding security and the use of artificial intelligence. Position based in Nantes, in hybrid mode.

Profile sought

Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and GitLab.

Good practice of Node.js, Python, AWS Lambda, and Terraform; experience with serverless architectures and infrastructure as code.

Experience in agile delivery and AI-assisted development methods, particularly specification-driven development.

Knowledge of Jira Software and Datadog is appreciated.

Rigor, initiative, and teamwork skills; pedagogical approach, empathy, and ability to support diverse profiles.
