Legal Advisor Business Operations (interim)

Project overview

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising teams, management, and board on various legal issues
• Handling current cases, including Woo requests and complex matters
• Acting as secretary for the independent complaints committee
• Preparing and supporting hearings and drafting related advice
• Coordinating the handling of complaints, including receipt, registration, and assignment to departments
• Coordinating the implementation of the municipal regulation for frequent complainants and monitoring diligence and legality
• Maintaining contact with the office of the National Ombudsman
• Drafting annual reports and other reports
• Minimum HBO bachelor's level education
• Demonstrably familiar with the General Administrative Law Act
• At least 1 year of experience within the last 4 years as a legal advisor in a public organization
• Availability from January 4, 2027, for at least 32 hours per week
• Preferably work experience within a municipality as a legal advisor and as secretary of an independent complaints committee
• Familiarity with the Municipalities Act, regulations within the social domain, and the Government Information (Public Access) Act
