The assignment includes temporary support for legal and employment law issues related to the elections and the merger with Wijdemeren.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding the transition of incoming and outgoing aldermen after the elections
- Preparing and conducting individual meetings with aldermen together with the municipal secretary
- Advising on the legal position of political office holders and the APPA regulation
- Monitoring and translating new laws and regulations, including the Wage Transparency Act and the abolition of zero-hour contracts
- Guiding the transition of the APPA pension scheme to the new ABP system
- Handling and advising on employment law case law such as underperformance and illness
- Coordinating progress and actions with involved colleagues and administrators
- Completed HBO bachelor's degree in law, HRM, public administration, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in advising on employment law or legal position matters
- Demonstrable knowledge of the APPA regulation and the legal position of political office holders
- Certificate of Conduct (VOG) required
- CV of maximum 5 pages in Dutch with at least 2 references
