The assignment focuses on monitoring and improving the legal quality within the implementation of the Participation Act.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising employees and management on the application of the Participation Act and related legislation.
- Performing quality checks on dossiers and work processes.
- Handling complex legal issues within the Work and Income domain.
- Guiding objection and appeal procedures.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to them.
- Guiding projects and changes within the social domain.
- Working and thinking level at HBO+/WO level
- Completed education in Law, SJD, or a comparable field
- Proven experience with the Participation Act within a municipal organization
- Extensive knowledge of the Awb and other relevant socio-legal regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a comparable role
