Manager Financial Controlling (interim)

Project overview

As an interim Manager Financial Controlling, you will lead the harmonization of the finance organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Ensure timely and reliable month-end closings and financial reports
• Standardize and align control processes between the Netherlands and Belgium
• Initiate and implement change processes in the area of internal control and key controls
• Test system and process changes from a financial control perspective
• Lead the team and ensure the connection between Group Control and the SSC
• Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Economics, successfully completed
• Minimum of five years of experience with financial transformations or process harmonization within international organizations
• Fluent command of both Dutch and English
• Own transportation available for regular presence at the location in Eindhoven or Lommel
