As an interim Manager Financial Controlling, you will lead the harmonization of the finance organization, ensuring timely reporting, standardizing control processes, and managing change initiatives.

As an interim Manager Financial Controlling, you will lead the harmonization of the finance organization.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Ensure timely and reliable month-end closings and financial reports
- Standardize and align control processes between the Netherlands and Belgium
- Initiate and implement change processes in the area of internal control and key controls
- Test system and process changes from a financial control perspective
- Lead the team and ensure the connection between Group Control and the SSC
- Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Economics, successfully completed
- Minimum of five years of experience with financial transformations or process harmonization within international organizations
- Fluent command of both Dutch and English
- Own transportation available for regular presence at the location in Eindhoven or Lommel
