Medior Business Consultant Process and Planning

Project overview

As a Business Consultant Process & Planning, you will contribute to the professionalization of the planning process within the high and medium voltage department of Enexis.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Guiding changes in the planning process and continuously implementing improvements
• Analyzing bottlenecks and structuring complex issues
• Aligning processes, systems, and working methods with each other
• Collaborating with colleagues from the chain, operations, and IT to achieve supported improvements
• Using data and insights to support decision-making
• Ensuring implemented improvements in the planning process
• Taking control of the development of processes, systems, and working methods within a complex chain environment
• Connecting people, data, and technology to enable decision-making and improvements
• A relevant Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, for example in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a technical field
• At least three years of work experience in the role of Business Consultant or process manager
• Strong affinity with processes related to planning, capacity issues, and planning systems
• Affinity with data-driven work and translating insights into process improvements
• Experience with Agile/SAFe is a plus
• Knowledge of and experience in the energy sector is a plus
• A Lean Six Sigma certification at Green Belt level or higher is a plus
