As part of strengthening a web development team, we are looking for an experienced Sitecore developer to contribute to the development and evolution of modern, user-oriented web platforms. You will work on the Sitecore CMS and backend integration, with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and performance of the delivered solutions.

The mission is in the transport sector, within a web development team working in an Agile mode and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Technical Environment

Terms

• Develop and maintain web platforms with Sitecore CMS and C#/.NET.
• Implement and evolve Sitecore-based functionalities as well as backend integrations.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Apply modern software architectures, design patterns, and good development practices.
• Contribute to Sitecore migrations and version upgrades.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Share your technical knowledge and support other team members.
• Participate in production support, including on-demand incident management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of Sitecore development in real-world conditions, supported by a portfolio of web platforms.
• In the last 3 years, C# and/or .NET development must have been your primary responsibility, rather than management or architecture.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with Sitecore 10 XP: containers, analytics, and marketing forms.
• Experience on at least 2 Sitecore migration and/or version upgrade projects.
• Solid knowledge of web development, performance optimization, and application architecture.
• Good understanding of modern development principles and Agile methodologies.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a team, clearly explain technical concepts, and support colleagues.
• Availability to provide on-call support on demand 24/7 in case of production incidents.
• English: Native or minimum C1 level, both written and spoken.
