As part of strengthening a web development team, we are looking for a senior Sitecore Developer to work on digital platforms in the public transport and e-commerce sectors. You combine strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore with proven experience in both these domains. You will design, develop, and evolve high-performance web platforms, working closely with backend developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to deliver fluid, reliable, and user-friendly digital experiences.

The mission is within the transport sector, as part of a web development team working on digital platforms for public transport and e-commerce. You will work in a cross-functional context, interacting with backend developers, designers, and business stakeholders. The technical environment is based on Sitecore 10 XP (containers, analytics, marketing forms) and C#/.NET, within an Agile development framework.

• Lead hands-on development of complex web platforms with Sitecore and C#/.NET.
• Develop and maintain web applications and integrations based on Sitecore.
• Translate UI/UX mockups into high-quality responsive web interfaces.
• Apply modern development practices, design patterns, and code standards.
• Optimize platform performance, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate web platforms with backend systems to ensure consistent data exchange.
• Contribute to Sitecore migrations, version upgrades, and updates.
• Implement testing strategies and ensure application quality.
• Participate in production support, including on-call availability for incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support and mentor junior developers.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Sitecore development, supported by a portfolio of web platforms.
• At least 5 years of hands-on C#/.NET development, with the last 3 years in a fully operational role (not primarily managerial or architect).
• At least 2 years of experience with Sitecore 10 XP, including containers, analytics, and marketing forms.
• Participation in at least 2 Sitecore migration and/or version upgrade projects.
• Proven experience in at least one project in public transport.
• Proven experience in at least one e-commerce project.
• Solid knowledge of web performance optimization, application architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong technical ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor other developers.
• On-call availability, 24/7, for production incidents.
• English: C1 level minimum or native language, written and spoken.
