Project overview
Contract role in Amsterdam for a Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Engineer to design and implement M365 solutions, manage and secure endpoints with Intune, and guide customers on governance and adoption. The role focuses on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, identity and access management, and security baselines/compliance. You will automate administration (PowerShell; Graph API advantageous), troubleshoot complex issues, and provide training/knowledge transfer to customers and colleagues. Microsoft certifications and familiarity with Defender and licensing optimization are strong pluses.
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 (M365) solution design and implementation
- Microsoft Intune (endpoint/device management)
- Modern workplace endpoint management and compliance enforcement
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) for M365 (e.g., Entra ID/Azure AD concepts)
- Security baselines and security policy implementation
- Troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365/endpoint issues
- Ability to work independently and guide customers through implementations
