Seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Teams and M365 collaborative solutions for a demanding IT environment. The role involves leading technical studies and projects, administering Teams and other collaborative tools, and developing/automating tasks with PowerShell.

As part of a mission within a demanding IT environment, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Teams and M365 collaborative solutions.

Work environment
- Lead M365 technical studies and projects, from design to production and ongoing maintenance.
- Write technical documentation: needs statements, comparative studies, solution dossiers, and product sheets.
- Administer and evolve Microsoft Teams, particularly Webinar and Town Hall/Assemblies functionalities.
- Work on collaborative solutions Forms, Whiteboard, Loop, Planner, and Clipchamp.
- Develop and automate tasks using PowerShell.
- Participate in resolving L2/L3 incidents and problems.
- Present and simplify technical topics to various stakeholders.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to the team.
- Significant experience as an M365 / Modern Workplace / Collaboration Engineer.
- Very good command of Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Very good PowerShell development skills are essential.
- Ability to conduct technical studies and write associated documents.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is appreciated.
- MS-700 certification is appreciated.
- High autonomy, technical maturity, organization, and client focus.
Project details
Paris / Chartres, with 1 trip per week to Chartres
Partial remote work

Important point: we are looking for a profile capable of taking ownership of a technical subject autonomously, studying it, proposing a solution, implementing it, and ensuring its proper functioning.
