Nearshore Omada Identity Service Provider wanted (German native lead consultant)

Project overview

For an internationally operating company we are looking for a nearshore service provider (preferably Eastern Europe) with proven Omada experience. The goal is to onboard around 800 applications to Omada Identity Cloud faster and in a more structured way. We need a team that brings real drive and throughput when working with the application owners.

Key facts

• Start: short notice
• Duration: long term, programme setup
• Location: mainly remote, occasional on-site meetings in Germany
• Team size: several FTE, blended onshore/nearshore setup
• Language: the consultants facing the business (application owners, service managers) must be native German speakers, B1/B2 level is not sufficient. Fluent English is mandatory for the whole team. Delivery team in the background may work in English only.
• System: Omada Identity Cloud, current release
• Contract type: service contract (Dienstvertrag)

Responsibilities

• Assessment of applications together with application owners and service managers: how does the authorization model work, is the application already connected to AD or Entra ID or is it proprietary?
• Feasibility assessment and prioritization, translated into a reliable onboarding roadmap
• Setting up a high throughput onboarding funnel
• Onboarding of the applications together with the application teams
• Gathering and documenting decentralized or incomplete authorization concepts
• Technical integration into Omada (connectors, interfaces)
• Later on: integration of the SAP landscape

Requirements

Please apply with a short company introduction, Omada reference projects (anonymized is fine), profiles of the proposed consultants and daily rates per role and location.

• Several successful projects with Omada Identity, ideally Omada Identity Cloud
• IAM/IGA experience in large, heterogeneous application landscapes
• Functional consultants (authorization concepts, role models, processes) and technical consultants (integration, connectors) from one provider
• Knowledge of AD and Entra ID
• SAP authorizations is a plus
• At least one native German speaking consultant who leads the communication with the business and steers the delivery team
