Vendor Resource Expectations
The Senior Full Stack Developer is expected to function as a technical owner, not solely as a developer receiving predefined coding assignments.
The resource should be capable of independently driving the technical lifecycle:
Requirements → Architecture Collaboration → Technical Design → Development → Integration → Testing → Deployment → Stabilization → Support Handoff
For complex initiatives, the resource will work with the Solution Architect on overall architecture while maintaining ownership of the detailed technical design and implementation.
